Disasters are on the rise, including flooding, fires, concerns about Tsunamis, and of course, earthquakes. We in California are subject to earthquakes much more than other regions, and an increase in earthquake frequency and intensity is of particular concern to everyone.
Most people don’t know if their building is ready and able to best resist an earthquake. Since most buildings are not up to date with current building codes, that concern is very real. Our specialists are experts in evaluating your building for conformance to current building codes and what measures are needed to make the building safer during and earthquake.
Our concern for building safety extends to the occupants, whether it’s your family or employees. We therefore have conducted extensive research about earthquake preparedness to deal with survival in the aftermath of a disaster. Construction Management
Many clients prefer the “hands on” approach to their projects. We therefore provide construction management consulting services that enable the client to contract directly with the architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for their project. We provide the expertise to estimate costs, find resources, negotiate, and manage each component of a successful project from design concept through final inspection and occupancy.
